Mr. Goldwasser has over a decade of experience handling a wide variety of complex and high exposure legal matters. He has practiced in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice law including general liability, premises liability, dram shop liability, pharmaceutical malpractice, and automobile liability matters from inception through trial in the New York tri-state area.
Andrew Chan
Founder and
General Counsel
Mr. Chan has represented clients in a diversity of matters, including catastrophic personal injury litigation, real estate litigation, complex business disputes, contract preparation, and corporate acquisitions. He also has expertise litigating tractor trailer crashes, with experience handling complex motor carrier issues and navigating byzantine corporate structures. He has developed a track record of successful outcomes for clients, both at the trial court level and the appellate division.
